Chris & Se | Eau Claire Wedding Portraits

You may remember these two love-birds from this post. Because of the rain on their wedding day, we decided that it would be fun to take some portraits on a separate day when the weather was a bit more agreeable. And of course, I couldn't pass up another opportunity to photograph these two! I mean, look how stinikin' cute they are!

Se & Chris, I love you guys. You have an amazing life ahead of you and I can't wait to see where it takes you. Congratulations on your wedding, and the start of an AMAZING marriage. 

Mike & LeeAnn | Eau Claire Engagement Photography

I couldn't have been more honored to do these photos for Mike and LeeAnn. Those of us watching this relationship grow (even from afar) are so thrilled for these two after the extraordinary journey that brought them to each other. Weeks ago, we did a little mini-session on the land behind Mike's home, and it turned out to be the perfect location for our shoot. I think you can tell by the photos that we had a great time that morning!

And of course we had to invite Mike's adorable daughter in on some of the fun! :)

As I was editing these wedding photos, I was struck again by the absolute JOY of this couple on their wedding day. Circumstances were not ideal: outdoor wedding, outdoor reception...and much rain. But Chris and Se Young embraced the weather, knowing that ultimately, the most important thing was going to happen no matter what. They were each going to marry their best friend. Instead of being filled with frustration due to circumstances beyond their control, they filled the day with grace and enthusiasm. What an amazing picture of what their approach to life will be.
